No Returns or Exchanges
Mithra, is a start up and we aim to make your shopping experience as simple and smooth as possible. We quality check all items before they are sent out via Canada post.So, as a standard company protocol, we do not validate any return or exchange policy.
For for inquiries, please contact us at hello@mithracollections.com with your order number and name in the subject line.
We will not return or exchange for the following reasons
- There will be variations in actual color tone of the product due to nature of digital photographs.(They look better in person :))
- Size of the jewel may be different from your expectations.
- Earrings stems are bent sometimes to avoid transit damage and this is not a defect
- Slight irregularities are common in hand-made jewelry designs
- Beads, stones which may have fallen during transit can be fixed using fabric glue.
Exceptions for Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damage request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
